Please note before your very first exercise class you will be required to fill out a short medical questionnaire, if you wish to fill out the medical questionnaire before attending your first class you can download the Pre Exercise Screening Questionnaire download here this is for all exercise classes except Pilates.

For first time Pilates courses you will only need to fill out the Pilates Registration Form which can be downloaded here.

If you are unable to fill out the medical questionnaires prior to attending your first class, please ensure you allow enough time for this when attending your class. If you are a new user and you have any concerns about an existing medical condition and your ability to take part in any class, please call 01892 601 466 and we will arrange one of our clinicians to call you back.
